Feb 17 2022: See attached a koala on Boolarra- Mirboo North Road, approx. 5km south of Boolarra. This was one koala who simply refused to get off the road despite guiding him to bush side . We then saw over the edge that that the whole area was just covered in blackberry bush. So walked with koala on bitumen (koala guided us), I drove car behind with emergency blinkers on, until we saw some clearing. Arno picked him up and only then did koala scrambled into the bush but up a blackwood tree.
