10/11/23: This morning about 8:30 on my regular bike ride there was a healthy looking individual on the road on the Grand Ridge Road at GR:-38.447328, 146.226013. S/he sat looking at me while I took the attached photo and then I urged him up the bank off the road before continuing my ride.
